My school tasked me of designing a shirt for our faculty. So, I made several designs based on my Principal's suggestion.

The color scheme (Dark Green, Yellow, and Yellow Green) cannot be changed, as it is the color of our school. The guy (Tomas Mascardo, a Philippine Revolution general and hero. I hate him, personally) is requested by my principal, too. The tribal pattern is the only one I found that is closest to our school's color scheme, and with larger resolution as well, so these elements are present/cannot be changed.

So, question is, what do you think is good for our school shirt?

No worries, it's a fitting description for us public school Filipino teachers.

We're carpets for the government we serve. Overworked, underpaid.

I think that the text near the neck should be on a single-color background like white. Try not to have it overlap different colors/ patterns.
Why I chose 6. I think it is the most legible.

6, the ones with a photograph will be hard to print without a really good silk screening setup.

I like the design for 6. The man’s gaze is creeping me out, I wonder if it would be better for him to be on the back of the shirt if he is required.
