What color scheme should I choose for my male lead?

The FL of one of my stories has red hair and multi-colored green and yellow eyes and I'm having a hard time selecting a color scheme for the ML. Black does go well with Red but most of my other stories have black haired MLs. Is it ok for me to keep it black or should I change it? Suggest me some colors please!

Make him lion. It matches well with red. A red dress with lion lapels or ribbons looks really nice. A lion dress with red ribbons look really wild! A red haired girl and lion haired boy looks picture perfect.
