How do you feel about any meme characters (Pepe the Frog, Sir Dogge, the no horny dog, etc.) whenever they make an appearance on the internet?

Nearly the same here. But some are more hateable, than others (Trollface, Meme Man). Very-very few can spark neutral reaction or even smile. Like this one:

I don't mind them. I am on a positive almost neutral scale. It's just an image nothing to feel strongly about.

Depends on the meme in question, but I generally like them. They can convey a lot more information than mere words and, with some exceptions like trollface, they are generally positive. It's pretty much in their definition - they're supposed to be funny.

I think memes are okay but the infatuation with turning everything into a meme these days is retarded. Just because it's funny doesn't mean it's a meme or worthy of it.
