I've come to realize I treat injuries or problems with my body with the same concept of "If I don't see you you can't see me." As long as I don't acknowledge it it doesn't exist.
spent a while putting together baby stuff for my brother and SIL only to find out that they got them second hand, so no instructions and then to my great dismay, missing pieces. So rather than (yet another (apparently)) baby bed attachment, they have a shelf on wheels, godspeed
