So, there is this thing on 4thewords, called the Daily Wins Mega Thread. I think it is cool, so, let us bring it over here? The gist is, that you write what you think is a win for you today. I'll start:

I wrote 5k words, got to the halfway point of an m/m shifter romance, with treasure hunting elements, and cycled for 21 minutes on my fitness bike. Furthermore, I write this 20 minutes before going to work. (Yeah, I woke up at 3 a.m. But, what can you do? When the Muse screams at you, you can't sleep.) And I did all this only with the help of two cups of coffee!

What is your daily win?

Oh, and happy writing, everyone!

Banged my head really hard on the MTL train in R18 and actually finding something I like and enjoy.

Ps. Japan makes the shittiest porn novels, either they treat women like living fleshlights or the males are all cuckolds.

The worse part? These are the stories that have the highest rating and constant releases.

Yeah. I got to sleep for long. Finished a draft of my chapter, finished uploading an entire volume and a half of my story in Wattpad.

And someone expressed interest in reading my work.

And also, I'm finished with every paperwork I need to do (actually it's way back in December, but I rushed to finish it so I can laze around).

I got my 18 month old nice to warm up to me by playing with her toes, then she sat in my lap as she ate breakfast and dumped oatmeal all over my pants.
Time with a baby is always a mega win in my books.

I finally wrote a really enjoyable chapter today. I think the main key is to make it as relatable as I could, while it's technically a fantasy story.

the contrast between the fantasy world and real life made me totally immerse myself in the writing, i didn't even notice before I actually finished the chapter.
You go, lolly!

I thought out so much cuisine and little cultural food ticks for my novel draft I might seriously consider turning it into a food fighting story

Hey, good morning! I finished a novella today, which I just need to put through the second wave of editing, before posting. Even though I wrote just 3k words today, I am still happy. The novella is 30k words long, but it doesn't have any loose ends. I intend to write a fat to fit story about the son of the main couple. But that will be tomorrow.
