how reaction score is calculated?

After finding out @RepresentingEnvy took over @SailusGebel and is now 1st place on reaction scores (congratulations and git gud respectively), this great witch got curious and found out my (pitiful) reaction score of 5416.
But my total reactions received is 5810.
While this isn't enough to tell anything, I imagine they correlate somehow. Maybe some reaction gives negatives instead? Like angry = -1?
Does anyone know how it's counted?

EDIT: thanks to princess Gebellina, I now know 1 like = +1 at least
After testing, 1 love = +1 too, 1 angry = 0, I laugh = +1
I thing wow, sad and angry give 0 and the rest 1
