Yuri life! In Another World
If you want to read a genuine Yuri novel with lot of romance, character growth and magical power build up in fantasy - You should try this for must.I’ll be honest this is a straight up rant so if you don’t like that leave now. This is the 4th time I’ve run into a novel that’s labeled girls love that has het content despite not having the bisexual protagonist tag. First of all it’s not yuri if there’s any sort of heterosexual content end of story second of all if your going to insist it is then put the fucking tag. I was reading and the first pairing is het despite it being listed as girls love she hasn’t shown any attraction to other girls and the first time she shows attraction it’s to a guy. That’s an obvious sign this is not a girls love novel and it’s cheap yuri baiting fishing for views. I’m sick and tired of authors pulling this shit. It’s not just this website either people pull this shit on webnovel Wattpad and to a lesser degree royal road (neither tag exists on there so claiming that site is a problem for this reason is a stretch but the yuri baiting is still a big issue there). Just look at nanomancer that author yuri baited me for nearly 900 chapters then has her hook up with a guy who’s her frickin stalker and also her sworn brother if that wasn’t creepy enough already. I don’t care if they’re not blood related incest is still creepy. Can’t authors stop this shit and let me read yuri in peace.
to be clear what others are interested in is their business and I’m not going to shout them down for it we have enough people doing that without my loud voice added to the cacophony. I personally find het gross and unpleasant due to the shit I grew up with and read yuri for that reason having it shoved into a novel I’m reading for no reason pisses me the hell off. If someone wants to write a novel with mf mm or any of the countless sexualities in their pairing that’s fine I’m not interested but it’s their story all I ask is that they use the resources available to them to make deal breakers like that easy to identify.
With no feelings on her part though, to wake up her sister with the shock.and the one I was complaining about today Shattered Moonstone. Didn’t bother reading past the point where she kissed her sisters childhood friend (who she just met) on the lips though.
Yeah. Anyone hiding tags to manipulatively get people to read their works deserves every poor rating they get. That just makes it more dishonest. Intentionally hiding information that could be a turn of for readers simply to fish for views is wrong and anyone who does so deserves a poor score. SH has a lot of tags so I can see some people missing them but when an author straight up refuses to add the tag or a content warning of any sort when asked like the author of bondalc did that’s just plain dishonest.
When you say this, do you mean just with the protagonist or there being any form of heterosexual content in the story? Are side characters allowed to be straight in a GL/BL?First of all it’s not yuri if there’s any sort of heterosexual content end of story...
it comes down to differing demographics, i think. if the script is flipped and I receive multitudes of yuri in a hetero harem it'll still feel like my gf getting lube and preparing her butt, only that she's also cosplaying as Ben-Hur, for some reason. weird, but not maddening.Idk man, I think reading about halal sex when you expect solely haram stuff can really annoy people. In contrast, a tsundere being in a harem with a yandere is much more mild in comparison.
Think of it like your gf surprises you with anal one day. Getting a tsundere in the harem would be akin to her getting lube and preparing her butt. Getting hetero while being told it was pure yuri is like getting pegged without notice.

i think you'll find that itself varies between readers. some are extreme purists while others, like me, dont care what's happening in the background as long as it's not a major focus part of the story and the protags actions/relationships match up with the tags. I wouldnt touch BL novels with a 10 foot pole but i've read yuri novels that have had BL minor characters. When you say this, do you mean just with the protagonist or there being any form of heterosexual content in the story? Are side characters allowed to be straight in a GL/BL?
IMO that is allowed... It is often used to let the MC feel like she is different from the others, or for whatever reason. The OP clearly said they were ranting about the MC and the lack of the bisexual protagonist tag and I know exactly what they mean...When you say this, do you mean just with the protagonist or there being any form of heterosexual content in the story? you would be surprisedGo for gender-bender. I highly doubt any male-to-female gender-bender is gonna hook up with a guy. There may be some but most don’t.
I've read a few. Some were actually really goodGo for gender-bender. I highly doubt any male-to-female gender-bender is gonna hook up with a guy. There may be some but most don’t.

stop reading trash, your mind will clear.your novel has the magical effect of making a blank spot in my mind whenever i see it on the front page
Bruv, best you learn now. The readers of pure GL, BL get real upset if some swinging johnson has relations with their best "yuri" girl mc. Same with the BL readers. They will burn your novel if some woman gets between the dudes they like. In fact, they don't even care for hetero subplots with side characters.Minor thing: In regards to Nanomancer Reborn, it doesn't have GL or BL or Bi tags.
It is only tagged Fantasy Romance Reincarnation System.
So why are you guys ma
