So, the Mafia has three roles + a kill. But there was a second kill. Why could that be?

What are the most common Mafia PRs? I'd say a roleblocker (likely), someone who comes up as good to inspectors (kinda likely?) and... what? Someone who can make a single kill would be my guess, or can only kill if a circumstance is met, maybe?
