Out of the way tags that actually bring me in: Cannibalism, Crazy Protagonist, Dead Protagonist.
In searching for a comprehensive list of tags that won't bring me in unless it has been recommended or a twist that improves it amazingly (which applies to almost nothing), I regret what I learned.
I regret the research so much.
Huh, some of these tags make me want to read it more. Crazy protagonist, yandere, dead protagonist, cannibalism and bdsm together. Sounds like the making of a fun time.

Not going to lie, that actually does sound pretty good. A lot of these tags, depending on how they are handled, can actually make pretty good stories together. Really depends on how wacky you're getting.

Non-straight romance, overpowered protagonists, authors trying to enforce their political beliefs and views on readers, smut and all types of fetishes, sex and romance scenes are okay if they play a role for the plot but not if that's the only focus. Also gender bender is an instant no.

For me gore, I'm just bad with it. Saying that, I'm usually fine with it when its a used on a light~normal level. But if its a tag in a story, then usually that means the author is going to all out with the detail to a level I'm not comfortable with.

I have tried reading them a few times, but still haven't enjoyed them yet.

I have blocked all GL, BL, Gender Bender, and Josei. I have my settings on main site set so I never even see any series with these tags listed. Also I have a very short level of patience with Tsundere's. Especially the slapstick comedy types who find it amusing when the woman smacks a dude. In those cases, I'm all for equal rights and equal lefts and I drop the story every time the man is hit and doesn't retaliate. I also avoid any stories that introduce slavery, and then have their MC get on his or her soapbox and start preaching about "mUh InJuStIcE" or some such. I'd rather the MC shut up and buy a slave, rather than have an entire arc dedicated to him moaning about slavery, or even worse, have him complaining about it throughout the rest of the story. Would rather you not have included slavery at all if this was your narrative intentions all along. It would be impossible for me to care any less about your own personal/individual morals.

I'm also quick to drop anything the moment I see any feminist rhetoric. I also avoid the weirdoes with their typical-left leaning nonsense in stories. It's only ever them who can't seem to separate their politics from fiction.

Nah. It’s just most stories with those tags are smut, even people who like smut shouldn’t have to read things that make them uncomfortable.
Ironically most cn romance stories are not smut or skip the act.

Also I’m kind of confused. I thought it was tag we avoid and not entire genre?? BL and GL are genre while GB and NTR are tags.

I avoid crime, tragedy, cruel characters, depression, multiple protagonists/world hopping with different couples, female protagonist, cheating, psychological.
