"No." I spoke bluntly before adding "Since it seems your fine I'll just get you some water." I went to get a mug of water.
"Don't want a drink. Didn't ask for one."
Feeling defiant I placed a mug of fresh water in front of her anyway and left.
AIEO disappeared from the tavern the mug of fresh water left behind tainted with blood that was coughed up into it.
"I am unsure if I can do much... A connection that you willingly allowed to be established with your body is much harder to cut than one forcefully thrown on you, it is beyond my powers to cleanse that.
"By willing... is it considered willing when I knew not of the connection?"
"I'm afraid it is, even if you were 'tricked' per se, into accepting the connection... It was you that jumped into the water again when they called you, wasn't it? I nodded "But then it's appeal to a demographic that's not served well~ people who love sweets~! though the dish would cost as much as a meal and we'd have to make the dessert smaller to make more money, It'll taste good for people who are tired and need pudding~" I touched my chin while thinking "Are you thinking we need a main meal first Nene?"
"I do not think it is a bad idea to make a sweet that appeals to a small part of your demographic, though I believe you should first focus your efforts on making something you believe the majority of patrons would consume, shouldn't you?
Dust start to stealth towards the table, looking at this strange creation of nature o-o, trying to get close without being noticed.
