We both been here a long time. I actually haven't seen Loligent in nearly two years. Should we hold a funeral for all the dead or untouched accounts that we followed or followed us?
Maybe?

Would be funny if at least some of them are simply on SH discord.

Can anyone give me any suggestion how I can increase my number of readers or just any suggestion about my novel "school x love" It would really help me morally and to improve(>y<)
Consistency and posting at peak hours. Your fans will find you if you write what you love.

People have given good advice already so I took a look at your novel and I have two specific suggestions:
1. I think a better and/or flashier novel picture would help you stand out. I think the current one is okay but it won't stand out while people are scrolling, especially on phones.
2. The title is a little generic. Not that it's bad per say, but again it doesn't stand out when people are scrolling.

This is SmutHub. Write porn and it'll get follows.
THIS.

No. Seriously. You wanna get a lot of readers? AIM FOR THE 30-50 Y.O. WINE BOX FEMALE DEMOGRAPHIC.
So. You want to write softcore porn where there is a Female Lead who is fairly blank. She had a non-specific tortured life but is still young, hot, and physically fit, with Shrodinger's Boobs. She is a B-Cup to a D-Cup depending on the situation.

She has to have a minimum of three love interests. One is a Cuck who was an asshole who deserves to be cheated on. The second is the really nice guy who is friend-zoned. The third is the abusive bad guy who does shitty things the FL hates but does anyways, and it has to be shit a 30-50 y.o. female with no children or onto her third divorce would want a very hot, sexy guy to force her to do so.

She's sick of having to be a STRONG EMPOWERED WHAMMAN.

She wants to be chased, has someone read her mind so she can be weak and someone else make all the choices, put into kinky situations she was too scared to try in college, and told she'll be the center of the universe, even though she is a neurotic mess.

The FL should be a bitch constantly shit-testing the ML, which the ML sees though but loves her anyways. Think TOXIC.

It would be nice if the ML was: Immortal (at least 50 yo mentally, but physically 22-24), A Billionaire, A Doctor, A Werewolf and/or Vampire, and a pirate. You can go with any one of those, but it'd be best if you combined at least two.

I, however, think there is an untapped market in Mummies. If you want to break away from the pack of standardized Abusive AFTER 50 shades of 365 Days of Toxic Relationships, I would go with your ML being a Mummy.

When I quit doing ghostwriting, my last contract was going to be "Christmas With My Mummy" where a woman who wound up working the Christmas weekend at her job cataloging at a museum gets attacked by a thousand-year-old, but physically rejuvenated Hot AF 24 y.o. immortal sorcerer who thought that the FL was the reincarnated love of his life. There was gonna be some really weird sex as Animal Headed guards stood around and watched.

If it was good enough for Harlequin, it's good enough for Scribble Hub.

You can have that Idea. I never used it.

Seriously. If you make it REALLY twisted and mental, Your target demo will read it, I know some YouTubers who we can ask to trash it, thus making it a Guilty Pleasure, and you'll be the next E.L. James before you know it.

The sky is blue,
I fuck you.
Then we cuddle,
In a warm puddle.

Edit:

I misread porn as a poem, and in my brain, it was a porn poem. Still stands. I want my followers. Now.
I could reuse this poetic proe poem. :ROFLMAO:

You must carefully give my story a one-star review.

2. have a daily routine and habit

3. focus on the process of getting things done and don't set goals.

So basically Otome Isekai?
Cause most of them do be that way.
And to be fair, they are doing well, so.

Do you enjoy writing your story because you like writing it and feel like it is worth writing whether or not anyone reads it? I hope so. That’s what kept me going for the several months it took for anyone to read my story, and it’s a smutty isekai litrpg. I released daily chapters for months. On paper I was pandering HARD, so I got some success *relatively* quickly.

Calm down, don’t worry too much, space out your chapters a little, enjoy the process, and focus more on improving your craft than watching line go up. People have a lot of options of things to read; treasure every person that even gives you a shot.

Write what is popular, or at least include something popular, update consistently for a long time. If you upload more than 1 chapter a day, spread your releases, or else your novel will be marked as spam, and will be hidden from latest updates for a day or so.

How do I spread my releases?
You can either write what is popular, which will be ok if you like GL Smut Isekai LitRPGs, or make peace with the fact that you will have just a handful of people showing up for each chapter.

The choice is yours. Why do you write?
Oh yes. I just write because...I don't know I feel lile my soul is at peace😂🤣

Did that for 2.5 years and got over 200 readers from it.
Oh um

Structural stuff for interacting with Scribblehub.
1. Don't upload chapters more than once/day-- algorithm will eventually think you're spamming. I think you can go like 8 or 12 hours apart, but if you do it right in a row you won't get as much visibility.
2. Might be worth putting the "body swap" tag into your tag list, judging from the description? If Xion and Tanaka are different genders, you might wanna put in the "gender bender" tag too. Those are both relatively popular, I think.

Writing feedback stuff:
3. I dunno if it's just what you copy-pasted your story from, but your formatting is kinda weird-- lots of unusual linebreaks, lacking spaces and punctuation and capitalization in some places. It might be worth working on this? I know this is hard, but it does make a huge difference in readability.
4. You have two viewpoint protagonists you swap between constantly -- I think? -- but I can't tell them apart in the differences in their chapters through word choice/thoughts/etc.
5. Most importantly, but perhaps in part because of the above two, I can't easily tell what's going on in general, and less in an "ooh mysterious" way and more in a "I don't understand enough to even know what's happening in the first place" way.

I could be wrong, but I think your issue is with writing clearly-- you could have all the right tags and topics, and if people can't tell what's happening, it's going to be harder for them to get into it.

You clearly have an admirable passion, writing 24.8k words is like, half a novel... but I think that's the sticking point for you right now with a lot of readers.
Okay. Noted. Thankyou so much for the honest opinion. I will work on it.
Does Tanaka's and Xion's thoughts look the same? Which is why it was confusing?

Study readers' tastes. You do that by reading popular stories on this site and see what people are looking for, what they like, what they don't like, etc. Then write your story that matches those tastes. But don't simply copying it, add your own unique spin on it as well.

Pay attention to the cover, title, synopsis, genres, and tags. See what grabs you personally, and what's popular. Read reviews and comments; those are valuable, but also keep an open mind—some comments are highly personal, keep your eyes out for that.

One last thing: quality writing. Just having a good grammar and writing that flows well will already put you above many others.
