I add in lemon, fry a little longer than intended, and call it a dog shit.

If you add powdered milk and sugar to flour and then cooking it without oil or water you'll have a polvorone.

Be careful not to burn it though.

If it turns golden its cooked.

Edit: I'm talking aboit powdered flour and not dough.

Thanks for the recipe, I'd just fried flattened dough that I sprinkled with salt. A bit flavourless, but it went well with peanut butter.

Hmm... I stick with salt, maybe add some garlic powder, some herbs, and olive oil. I call it naan. It is patently NOT naan, but I call it that.
