When you fry flour dough, do you give it sugar or salt?

Also what do your call it?

I add in lemon, fry a little longer than intended, and call it a dog shit.

Ignore the degenerates who don't know cooking above.

If you add powdered milk and sugar to flour and then cooking it without oil or water you'll have a polvorone.

Be careful not to burn it though.

If it turns golden its cooked.

Edit: I'm talking aboit powdered flour and not dough.

Thanks for the recipe, I'd just fried flattened dough that I sprinkled with salt. A bit flavourless, but it went well with peanut butter.

A bit of salt is always good but I would add sugar depending on what I'm aiming for
